FS: Lada Niva 1600 - Exceptional Condition

Postby Dalziel on Tue Dec 16, 2008 4:13 pm

1989 Lada Niva 1600 / 2 door / 5 sp manual $3,500 AU

Could be the most original, closest to new condition 89 Niva anywhere. Rust proofed when new, and never taken near the beach. An amazing low-mileage, two-owner car that has spent literally just under half of its life in good storage.

Recently had brake system overhauled with stainless steel sleeving all round; clutch master and slave cylinders overhauled and resleeved; new water pump, hoses, belts and heater tap; new battery; rekitted carby.

Car is a daily driver, and has done only 70, 485kms. Comes with current RWC and QLD rego to March 09, as well as the following:

- Full service history
- Log books and original service manual
- Aircon (works great)
- CD
- Mag wheels
- Full set of original wheels with snow tyres
- Tow bar
- Niva bull bar
- Niva headlight protectors
- Original running boards
- Original Niva tool kit, complete with service light, tyre levers, pressure guage, spanners, screwdrivers, etc.

Great opportunity for a Niva enthusiast looking for an excellent example, or for any Niva enthusiasts to be.

Car is in Brisbane.

It's a great car. I think that it would be better appreciated by a true Niva enthusiast.

I am starting to want something closer to the ground, and more from the west of Europe. Fickle, I know.

not too expensive to throw on a car transporter chua, you'd have it in about a week....

getting to hard to rob bamks now,the atm is the way to go,better be quick though, not many left around that haven't been blown up... 8)

if you need anything sent either way, give adelaide car transport a call.
they picked up my samara rally car in perth,& delivered to brisbane within a week, can't remember how much now,but it was dirt cheap compared to anyone else,& there were no dramas.
