Is it possible to swap the 1997 niva front doors with the 1989 model ones, I like the handle position better on the 1997 model, and was hoping to change them. is it possible?

I had a rusty one that I changed, Did I have fun. the screws were that tight , all the impact screwdriver did was ruin the cross, so I drilled them out once you drill the head they fall off and the screws came out by hand and used allen head screws to hold it on,. A lot better to tighten and undo
