:D to all our S-E Queensland members,
Hope the storms don't casue any damage at your places. We had a day of rain here Newie on Friday. It was raining when I finidhed work at 0500 and still raining when I went back to work at 2030 that night and I'm told it just rained all day. Good sleeping weather though, especially when you have to sleep during the day, no need for aircon to get to sleep. By the end of december though I think it will be a different story.

Cheers,
Ross.

Got a message from The Boy in Palmerston.
Billy's making things quite damp up there apparently.
Says he got sent to Bunnings etc to sort out their "emergency kit"
Was happy as a peeg in sheet to get told to spend up for a change. 8)

:D How is Lani Andy? Our old boy used to wander aimlessly around the house when there was a thunderstorm on. He'd lie down beside my bed for a while then get up and go somewhere else for a while then come back to my bed. I hope to drive the Niva up sometime early in the New Year, just for something different to do.

Cheers,
Ross.

hi ross,

welcome to poke your nose in the door anytime

lani never used to worry about storms, but an old bloke that lived in the rear duplex used to let her in if there was a storm around & i had left her at home (which isn't very often)
since then she worries about it,if i'm watching tv she forces herself under my feet,or lays down beside me.......
this morning she gave up trying to get onto the bed (the old hips don't let her now) & she just lay beside it.

must be terrible to end up being that scared of a little nature.

Don't know what happened with it, but it'd be nice if we get one soon, things need a bit of a cool down.
